AT THIEF HALL
Decide what guests need to know at each point of the day before choosing paper, type and colour. Thief Hall holds 120 day guests and 250 evening guests, uses five-foot round tables or six-by-two-foot rectangles, and provides ghost chiavari chairs, easels and props. Table plans, place settings and signs can therefore be designed around the real room and guest flow.
THE TABLE PLAN
Use the venue's actual furniture sizes.
Round tables are five feet across and seat up to ten. Rectangular tables are six feet by two feet and seat four people on each long side. Ghost chiavari chairs are included, with the seat-pad colour chosen by the couple. Linen, glasses and napkins are included as well.
Use the 120-person day capacity when planning dining stationery. The largest ceremony option also seats 120 guests. Evening capacity rises to 250, so day place settings and evening wayfinding can serve different guest counts on the same wedding.
THE SEQUENCE
Signs change purpose as the day moves.
The venue's typical timeline places the ceremony at 1pm, reception at 2pm, announcing in and speeches at 4pm, the wedding breakfast at 5pm, evening arrivals at 7:30pm and the first dance at 8pm. Welcome signs, ceremony cards, seating information and evening directions do not all meet the same guest at the same time.
Thief Hall includes easels and props, plus a flower wall, arch, love letters, fake flowers, fairy lights and festoon lighting. A stationery supplier can design around that stock once the couple confirms how many easels are available and where each sign will stand.
THE PLANNING
Keep the final details inside the venue process.
Wedding planning support, a planning pack and an online portal are included. The venue provides two Thief Hall coordinators and a toastmaster on the day, with the couple's designated coordinator acting as the supplier contact. Confirm the current stationery and table-plan deadlines directly with Thief Hall before placing a final print order.
Exclusive access begins at 10am the day before, when guests arrive and decorate. That is the confirmed window for the couple's setup. Exact supplier delivery and sign-placement times still need to sit inside the final venue plan rather than being inferred from the access start.
