THE ACCOMMODATION
Six Cottages. Six Glamping Pods. Your Guest List.
Your stay is included. Enjoy four days of luxury, giving you more time to relax, celebrate and make the most of your wedding - because one day just isn’t long enough.
Stay close to your favourite people. Your loved ones can enjoy two nights of on-site accommodation for up to 50 guests, with additional beds available if needed. You choose who stays, so all your nearest and dearest can be there for the whole celebration.
If you don’t need the accommodation, they remain unassigned at no additional charge and will not be hired out to anyone else. When we say “exclusive use,” we mean exactly that. Your wedding, with only you and the people you love.
THE BRIDAL SUITE
Your own little corner of Thief Hall to call home.
Bateman Byre is our beautiful bridal suite, included with your venue hire for four nights. Designed for comfort, connection and quiet indulgence, it’s your own private retreat with sweeping Yorkshire views.
Check in the day before your guests arrive and take your time settling in, relaxing and enjoying your final night together. Whether that’s snuggling up watching TV or soaking in the hot tub in your private courtyard as the sun sets, the space gives you the time to slow down and savour every moment before the celebrations begin.
The day before, have a lie-in and ease into the celebrations. Meet your coordinator to run through the venue, set-up plan and timeline, then spend the afternoon welcoming your guests and soaking up having everyone together in one place. Calm any last-minute nerves with a relaxed ceremony rehearsal, guided by our expert team, before kicking off the pre-wedding celebrations with drinks in the bar or courtyard.
The morning after your big day, there’s no need to rush. Take your time saying goodbye to friends and family, then spend the evening slowing down, recharging and reliving all the memories you made the day before. Wake up the following morning, check out and head off together as newlyweds, ready to start your next chapter.
THE COTTAGES
Ease into the celebrations
Five cottages, allocated by you. Choose which family and friends stay where across our five unique cottages: Millington House sleeps 14, Thief Hole Barn sleeps 8, Swift Nick sleeps 6, Turpin sleeps 5, and Fawkes sleeps 2. Need a little more space? Sofa beds and put-up beds can be added for an additional cost.
We know arriving to a beautifully prepared space makes all the difference. Each stay includes all the amenities and celebratory touches that your guests could need to make themselves at home.

THE PODS
Stay for the whole story
Six timber glamping pods, filled with the people you love. Each pod sleeps two guests in a king-size bed, with the option to accommodate an additional adult and child or two children under 16 using the bunk beds. Choose from Hook, Scar, Jafar, Gaston, De Vil and Maleficent, and decide who gets their own little countryside retreat.
It’s everything your loved ones could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, all tucked into one cosy little pod.
