A1 North and the A19
From the Thirsk direction on the A168:
Take the SECOND Thornton Le Moor turning on your left and we are 100 yards on the left.
From the Northallerton direction on the A168:
Take the first Thornton Le Moor turning on your right and we are 100 yards on the left.
For Bateman Byre take the first entrance on the right.
A1 South
Leave the A1 at Leeming Bar and on the first roundabout take the 5th exit, on the second roundabout take the first exit, and at the third roundabout take the second exit towards Northallerton, taking the flyover. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A685. At the large roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A167 towards South Otterington.
From South Otterington into Thornton Le Moor direction:
With The Black Swan pub on your right, travel through the village and take the first left turn. Continue completely out of the village to the top of the hill and Thief Hole Cottages will be on your right.
For Bateman Byre take the second entrance on your left.

To collect your key on arrival, please follow these instructions.
Your key is inside a coded safe on the left of your front door. Lower the black weatherproof cover by pulling the lip down. Enter the code and pull down the black latch.
